Outdoor Expressions Inc., founded in 1976 by owner and Director of Operations, David Kjenaas. Outdoor Expressions is a full service landscape maintenance company.  With co-owner and President, Maribeth Medich-Prendergast, our company is committed to being known, recognized and respected in the business community as a dependable team with a mission to provide: EXPERIENCE – INNOVATION – INTEGRITY – AND SERVICE.

Maintenance:  We operate in a variety of industry sectors including office, commercial, industrial, homeowners associations, apartment complexes, hospitals, hotels, and estates.  Outdoor Expressions is a full service maintenance compnay.  Our work is done in house and includes the following services.  Weekly service, irrigation repair and renovation, water audits, pest control, weed control, tree pruning programs, fertilizer and annual flower programs.

Renovation & Design:  Outdoor Expressions has a team of designers on staff.  We work with existing projects that need a minor or major face lift.  Our comprehensive designs are done on AutoCAD with every detail from irrigation to plant selection specified on the drawing.  We take into account the type of building, clientel, motif, future plans, and budget.
